This is where a sparkling clean Chianti Classico, the Super Tuscan Sammarco and the top product d’Alceo. All three of the red wines, strictly limited each year, perfectly reflect the impressive quality consciousness of Castello dei Rampolla.
Between 1994 and 1998, the siblings Maurizia and Luca initiated a very important stage of development, when they successfully converted Castello dei Rampolla step by step to organic and near-natural cultivation.
It is a wine of great character and longevity, thanks to its excellent sites in a shell-shaped depression and the work of the famous Tuscan oenologist Giacomo Tachis.
