Zuani
Zuani winery embodies the Felluga family winemaking heritage and expresses the challenge that Patrizia Felluga and her son and daughter – Antonio & Caterina – have taken up to make the only wines that are genuinely typical of the region and this territory.
The vineyards are located in the heart of Collio, on the hills surrounding the winery. The vines are cultivated in respectful of the environment and nature. The mild climate of Collio and the proximity to both the Adriatic Sea and the Alps create perfect temperature ranges that allow a long maturation season. The harvest of the grapes is done exclusively by hand. The vinification, depending on the wine, takes place in the cellar in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks or in the small and charming barrique.
