Living and working on their 500 year-old farmstead in the village of Kammern in the Kamptal, the Hirsch family dedicates itself with passion to the production of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Here, uncompromising wines – wines with attitude, from biodynamically cultivated vineyards – come into being.
These are wines with attitude that reflect the vitality of the region are crafted from. Johannes Hirsch now runs the winery, while his father Josef still keeps an eye on the vineyards, which they have recently converted to biodynamics.
