Domaine
Patrick Javillier

At the heart of the vineyards, Domain Patrick Javillier is located in Meursault, capital of the great white wines of Burgundy. The family domaine covers 11 hectares of the Cote de Beaune, in regional appellations, with Bourgogne Cote d’Or, but also AOC Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
Patrick produces mainly white wines from the Chardonnay grape, in parcels located in the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Savigny-les-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton. His range also includes wines made from Pinot Noir Grape, from the Sauvigny-les-Beaunes, Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses appellation areas.
Patrick Javillier is now one of Meursault’s best growers. It would be difficult to find another winemaker with quite such a perfectionist attitude as Javillier, a man who approaches winemaking with the precision of a research scientist, yet is always ready to question his own success.
