a) All sales are final and are not exchangeable/refundable, with exception on quality issue as stated in point ‘c'

b) For delivery outside Bangkok, we require a minimum order of 6 bottles.

c) Return policy: The Company accepts to refund/replace corked and/or spoiled wine received, provided the consumption of such bottle does not exceed approx. 10% of the content.

d) The Company reserves the right to refuse supply of wines to individuals under the legal age as stipulated by law. In placing the order, you warrant to The Wine Merchant Thailand that you are over the age of 18 yers and will produce evidence of age when requested at the time of delivery.
