Lukas Hammelman
Lukas Hammelmann is a rising star in the Pfalz, and the young winemaker has debut his first vintage as recent as in 2016, making exceptional wines.
Lukas always knew he wanted to make wine; he started studying it as soon as he could and then took apprenticeships at various estates in the area. He still works part-time at a larger local estate as the vineyard manager. However, in 2016 he began his own estate with only a few small parcels around Zeiskam.
As for the viticulture and winemaking, Lukas is farming 100% organically.
